Raw Guild Studios LLC ("Raw Guild Studios," "we," "us," or "our") operates rawguildstudios.com (the "Site"). We are a beverage branding agency based in New York. Questions about this policy may be sent to hello@rawguildstudios.com.

Information you provide directly. When you fill out any form on the Site — including the project inquiry form, Shelf Audit request form, or free-guide request — we collect the personal information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other details you choose to include in a message or notes field.

Uploaded files. The Shelf Audit request form accepts voluntary file uploads (label photography, brand assets, and related files). These files are transmitted to our team and are not stored on public servers or accessible via a public URL.

Usage and analytics data. We collect anonymized data about how visitors use the Site, including pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks, and device/browser type. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve Site performance and content.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect payment card numbers or payment credentials directly. Any payment processing is handled by a third-party processor, and we do not receive or store full card details.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your project inquiry or request
• Deliver free guides or resources you have requested
• Send you a Shelf Audit invoice and conduct your audit engagement
• Send transactional emails related to your submission (confirmation, invoice, delivery)
• Send periodic editorial updates or agency news if you have opted in
• Improve the Site and our services based on aggregated, anonymized analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form data is stored in a private, access-controlled database. Uploaded files are handled as email attachments delivered directly to our team and are not indexed, publicly accessible, or retained in permanent cloud storage beyond what is needed to fulfill your engagement.

We retain contact and submission data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., the duration of an active engagement plus a reasonable post-engagement period for records), or as required by law. We use the following third-party services to operate the Site:

• Email delivery — Transactional emails (confirmations, guide delivery, invoices) are sent via an SMTP provider. Your email address is transmitted to this provider solely for the purpose of delivering your message.
• Mailchimp — If you opt in to our mailing list, your name and email address are stored in Mailchimp, which operates under its own Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
• Hosting and infrastructure — The Site is hosted on Vercel. Server-side processing runs on Neon (PostgreSQL). Both operate under their own privacy and security programs.

We do not share your data with any other third parties except as described above or as required by applicable law.

The Site may use cookies or similar local storage mechanisms to maintain session state, remember user preferences (such as the site entry gate), and support analytics. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling. By using the Site, you consent to this use.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect certain Site functionality but will not prevent you from accessing content.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@rawguildstudios.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The Site is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Practical notice. While we implement reasonable technical measures to deter unauthorized copying of assets, browsers and operating systems do not provide absolute protection against screenshots, screen recording, or developer tool access. Free guides and resources made available through the Site (such as the Label Red Flags guide and Shelf Distance Test) are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of the recipient. By submitting files, brand assets, or information through the Shelf Audit request form or any other Site form, you represent that you own or have the right to share the submitted materials, and you grant Raw Guild Studios LLC a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the requested service.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Raw Guild Studios LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Site. Editorial and Journal content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Guild Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its content.
